Your mental health & Covid-19


COVID-19 has changed the way we live. There may be new limitations on things we previously did freely, including seeing our friends and family. Knowing how you feel and knowing what you can do, to take care of your emotional well-being is an integral part of remaining well during this period including lockdowns. This handout outlines tips and things you can do, on your own, with your family or friends to better manage your mental health and overall wellness during COVID-19.
