Getting better sleep: Tips for children & adolescents


Children and adolescents may experience sleep disturbance from time to time. There may be different causes for the sleep disturbance, which your doctor and psychologist will assess and discuss with you. However, there are some general tips to assist children and adolescents have a better night’s sleep. This handout discusses the steps that parents and children can take to assist in improving the sleep quality of a child or adolescent.
