Telehealth Psychology appointments

A psychologist from Wellness Psychology Clinic, can work with your child or adolescent in a collaborative manner to help you and your child work towards your goals. We use innovative technology of telehealth, video call or phone call appointments to allow your child or adolescent to access therapy from the comfort of your own home.

Appointments are 50 minutes.

Medicare Patients: Download our GP referral click here. You will also need mental health treatment plan, please obtain this from your GP. Then upload letter and plan to our website or fax it to our clinic, prior to booking your Medicare Appointment with us.

Meet our psychologist

Paula, is a warm, empathic, down to earth psychologist and couple and family therapist. She works via telehealth, and has experience working with people with and without disabilities with mild to severe mental health concerns from 9 years of age to seniors.

Paula has experience working in private clinics, public hospitals in treating people with mild to severe mental illness. She has a Master of Clinical Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling (Couple & Family Therapy) and is a Registered Cool kids Anxiety Facilitator completed with the department of Psychology, Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences Macquarie University. She also has NDIS specific training ‘Quality, Safety and You’ – NDIS Worker Orientation Module and has completed working with children check.

She also has additional training in autism and has completed training in (ABA) applied behavioral analysis and positive behavioral support for working with people with autism.

Paula is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society due to her academic achievements in the Master of Clinical Psychology.
