A psychologist may assist to better manage the symptoms associated with your smoking and work collaboratively with you to develop strategies which may be helpful with your smoking goals.
Other strategies which may assist with smoking goals may include clinical hypnotherapy and QuitLine which your psychologist can also discuss with you.
